Pete, Consultant, System Design Engineer
Designer and Architect of UPCS and UPCS hardware. Pete is a software/hardware engineer with over 40 years of experience in software/hardware design, analysis and prototyping. He brings his extensive knowledge to the team and provides unparalleled problem-solving and expertise in the design and implementation of our products.
Don, Consultant, Show Design Expert

Master of UPCS scripting and industry leader in parade design. Don's expertise in parade and parade control design is legendary. He commands a level of respect from his peers that only a lifetime of experience justifies.
Andrew, Consultant, Audio Programmer, Engineer
Andrew has a diverse background in audio engineering, programming and system design. He has worked on numerous high-profile projects, including designing audio systems for major events and live television productions. He has managed park-wide audio systems for theme parks, and served as the head of audio for major stadiums and theatres. Andrew is the teams Q-SYS expert and provides valuable guidance informed by his years of experience with complex audio systems.

Aaron brings his many years of expertise in audio engineering/design to our team. He has worked predominantly on projects the world over for major theme parks. His knowledge brings us a deeper understanding of client needs and requirements.
Paul, Advisor, Producer/Engineer
Paul is a twelve-time Grammy nominated producer and engineer. He has mixed and produced projects for many major artists, film companies and theme parks including countless projects for Disneyland and the Walt Disney Company dating back to the infamous "Main Street Electrical Parade." As an advisor to the team his huge wealth of experience and knowledge contributions make us an industry leader in our field.
Simon, Consultant, Technical Project Manager
Simon is a technical project management consultant with 20 years of experience working in the events and commercial AV industry. Specialising in high end audio and video solutions he has delivered projects on multiple continents world wide whilst working with tech giants, financial institutes, and security and aerospace companies. Simon brings to our team experience of running high profile time critical projects where failure is not an option.
Jon, Digital Media, Publicist
Jon is an experienced Sound engineer with over a decade of experience in and out of recording studios and venues all across the UK. He has recently turned his hand to copywriting, digital media, publicity and PR. He manages and monitors our web and social media presence.
