VOS boxes for UPCS

So, here's some progress on the VOS boxes for the UPCS system I am building for PCS. Here we have the new user interface featuring an all improved status ring and the new TFT user interface panel with touch screen. This will replace the old PC based configuration system. The config is also stored on SD card and so can be preprogrammed before delivery. The SD card also allows for a fast hot swap of the VOS boxes in the event of a hardware failure. Next I start work on the UI and menus.
